Kreffer's Crossing Covered Bridge
Sandgate, VT

The Kreffer's Crossing Covered Bridge is a small 39' bridge over the Green River in Sandgate, VT. It was built in 1977.

The bridge is not completely authentic, in that the roadbed was built first, and the roof and sides were added later. The "towne lattice" sides do not hold up the bridge. This is the view from Sandgate Road.

This is the view looking south along the Green River.
